Plant caretaker – Plant technician (m/f/x)

Job Description:

As an interior plant care professional, you will be responsible for the maintenance and well-being of our beautiful collection of interior plants at clients’ facilities. You will ensure the aesthetics and health of the plants and play a critical role in maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Plant Care: Inspect, feed, water and prune interior plants at clients’ facilities.
2. Proactive approach: Identify plant problems and diseases and proactively provide solutions.
3. Customer Interaction: Maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and answering questions.
4. Administration: Maintain maintenance records via app.

Prerequisites:

1. Experience in plant care is a plus.
2. Good physical condition to move and care for plants.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Care and attention to detail.
5. Driver’s license B.
6. Passion for plants and their well-being.
