IO
IO’s central hall is a real eye-catcher – an impressive fusion of branding, architecture and nature.
Built in 1958 by Belgian architect Léon Stynen, the WATT Tower housed Belgium’s national electricity company for many years.
In 2015, the 12-story building was stripped to its concrete core and reborn as a tower of creativity.
25 creative companies found their place there, including Fosbury & Sons. Their coworking space covers 3000 m² and stands out for its mix of materials: concrete, wood, steel, glass textiles and… lots of plants.
Our plants are an integral part of the design – an indispensable element in a tower nicknamed the “creativity tower.
Recently, iO, a creative marketing partner, took over the space. They embraced the past and wrote a new chapter, transforming the tower into their own vibrant workspace.
From electricity to creativity and innovation – the WATT Tower lives on.
