Vandevelde

Vandevelde’s central hall is a real eye-catcher – an impressive fusion of branding, architecture and nature. The space is designed to showcase the company’s history and core products. A striking timeline runs along the wall, while mannequins make the brand’s story tangible.

To enhance the grandeur of the hall, we placed five stately Bucida trees, ranging in height from 3 to 5 meters. Two of these trees are surrounded by a bench, adding not only visual, but also functional appeal. All of the trees are in sleek, white cylindrical pots.

The architecture of the hall contributes greatly to the experience. A glass roof lets in abundant daylight, while a dynamic wooden structure – tall slats in an undulating movement – adds warmth and rhythm. The presence of trees softens the pronounced lines in the interior and creates a harmonious interplay between nature and design.

Surrounding this space are the company’s offices, separated by glass walls. Thus, employees remain in constant contact with the greenery and enjoy an open, light-rich working environment.
